Expected Outcomes

To alleviate the issues of waterborne diseases in selected rural communities in Bauchi state through the distribution and utilization of water purification solution known as the SaWa bags and promotion of proper WASH practices. By supporting community efforts to access potable water supply and improve water quality, WASH-related health outcomes will be addressed including child mortality and nutritional status.

Expected Results

24,000 vulnerable people living in high-risk communities have access to water purification SaWa bags to promote access to safe drinking water and prevent the transmission and spread of Cholera.
